If there's cookie like this

meta-equiv-cookie=/apache/cookies/meta-equiv3.html

then that means your browser accepted a new cookie on the last page from a meta tag but it's expiration will likely not take effect until you quit and restart your browser (i.e. the cookie is still active in the session but it's persistence has expired).
